Orders Placed after 5pm CST will be processed the next Business day.

 

• NO ADDTIONAL PEOPLE!!!.

• When scheduling a Hair appointment, you must select a day and time,a non-refundable desposit is required.

• Once deposoit is made you will recieve further instructions such as address.

• Please come washed and blow dried, failing to do so will result in an additional charge of $10 added to service.

• Children being serviced must be able to sit for the duration of hairstlye. Child must be at least 7 years of age and accustomed to getting hair treated and styled.

• Hair products i.e Gel,edge control are provided and hair accessories will be on hand for an addtional charge.

• NO CALL,NO SHOWS, will forfeit deposit and must pay entire amount upon booking an appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Wigs​

• Custom Wig Construction can take anywhere from three days to a week once payment has been recieved. If you are providing your own bundles the time turnaround time is subjected to change. If you are needing bundles please convey that in "note to seller".

• All wigs materials are provided i.e wig cap, clips elastic band etc.

• Closures/knots that are needing to be bleached or colored etc will need to be dropped off the day before to allow coloring and drying process.

Eyelashes

• Once Order for Mink strip eyelashes are placed you will recieve a email confirmation of purchase.

• After an order is place and you wish to change the order, You must contact TruBeauty via email and request that change otherwise order will be prepared ias is.

• Orders ARE NOT  processed during the WEEKEND or HOLIDAYS. You will not see any progress or update during this time.

• Once order has SHIPPED you will recieve a email confirmation and tracking number.

• ALL PACAKAGES will come with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. This is to protect TruBeauty.

• Once a package has left our possession and in the hands of USPS you must take up any errors that arise  up with them. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR packges after its departing the USPS FACILITY!!!

• if you are not home at the time of delivery,You'll will have 13 days to retrieve package from nearest USPS or the product(s) will be returned to Sender. If this happens you are responsible for the RESHIPMENT FEE of the proudct(s)

• You have 24hrs after an order has been placed to request a refund. There is a $5 restocking fee for all cancelled orders. The restocking fee will be deducted from total.
